Fashion Shows CD and related products, including without limitation product
descriptions, pricing and editorial commentary.
Although LENG PENG attempts to provide information that is useful. LENG PENG
cannot possibly insure the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the
information, either express or implied, including without limitation any
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To insure a safe, non offensive environment for all our Users/Customers, we
have established our Terms & Conditions.

viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance,
whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft,

services. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all
content, merchandise, and services available through LENGPENG.com
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
User acknowledges that LENGPENG.com contains information, data, software,
photographs, design styling, key details items, videos, typefaces, graphics,
music, sounds, and other material ( collectively :content") that are
protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary
rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media
and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. All content is
copyrighted as a collective work under the copyright laws. If no specific
restrictions are mentioned or displayed, Users may make copies or select
portions of the content, provided that the copies are made only for User's
personal use and that User maintains any notices contained in the content.
REFUND
Refund is at the sole discretion of the management of LENG PENG and LENG
PENG reserves the right to reject any Refund. Customers should inform LENG
PENG of any discrepancies, order by mistake, or any errors immediately prior
to shipping. No further claims will be entertained once goods are shipped.
Goods are normally shipped according to International Industrial lead time
within 60 days after receiving confirmation of payment unless otherwise
prior arrangement is made with the Management of LENG PENG.
Local Conditions
User acknowledges that LENG PENG will not be responsible for any local
restrictions of country of destination. Customers are to comply with their
local authority pertaining to import of books and magazines such as their
Censor Board authority or Customs regulation and taxes. Customers must
perform their own clearance from their own country if required by the local
authority.
SHIPMENTS
All Books and Magazines are ex-stock subject to prior sales without notices.
The Management of LENG PENG Asia Private Limited has the exclusive rights to
refuse or reject an order and no reason will be given. Goods are normally
ship within the industrial lead times of 60 working days after receiving of
Confirmation of payment.
For items out-of-stock, the Management may consider a refund where necessary
if the specific titles are no longer available; and under such circumstances
the Management will inform the customer of its decision. No further claims
will be entertained.
All Books and Magazines are shipped according to the mode of shipping
selected by customers. LENGPENG.com will not be responsible for any late
delivery, missing, short, confiscation by authority of the destination or
damages to the product cause by the carrier or agents of the carrier.
Customers can request from LENG PENG a copy of the delivery order issued by
the shipping carrier.
Customer must ensure that there is always a recipient available to accept
delivery of goods. If shipments are not delivered because there is no
recipient and shipments are returned to LENG PENG Asia Private Limited,
customers must make their own arrangement to collect from the office of LENG
PENG Asia Private Limited. If customers wish to apply for a second delivery,
it will be charged according to the full rate of the courier service which
is $10.00 for the republic of Singapore and the standard shipping charges as
per our shipping tables stipulated in the shopping cart for overseas
destinations.
Supplement Terms:
Due to unforeseen circumstances governing the release of information by all
relevant authorities, shipping delay, strikes, government intervention, war
etc...There may be some cases where there is delay or stop publishing.
By clicking: "I accept the terms and condition" in the shopping
cart, Subscribers accepts these terms and will not hold LENGPENG Asia
Private Limited responsible for any of the abovementioned matters.
All information on this website is subject to changes without prior notices.
LENG PENG Asia Private Limited reserves the right to amend or make any
changes pertaining to prices, product, delivery, notices, specification and
any other relevant matters as may deem fit by LENG PENG Asia Private Limited
and no reason whatsoever shall be given.
Prices are good at the time publishing and subject to changes.
By accepting this Terms, customers will not hold LENG PENG Asia Private
Limited responsible for all the above-mentioned.
